As soon as your contractor or contractors complete your apartment construction work, please contact the Management Office so we may inspect the applicable areas.

Once the proper individuals complete the public areas’ inspection and we receive the Department of Building sign-offs, we will refund the full security deposit.

Please acknowledge completion by signing below and returning this form to the Management Office.
